All shipping operations conducted through luxgevityresearch.com adhere strictly to regulatory compliance rules for non-hazardous scientific research compounds. By submitting an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the logistical framework outlined below.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Schedule

Following verified electronic payment authorization and automated fraud screening, orders enter our secure logistical packaging queue. Standard order processing is finalized within one to two (1–2) business days. Fulfillment facilities do not process or dispatch packages on weekends or official federal holidays.

2. Discreet & Secure Packaging Standard

To preserve maximum security, client privacy, and compound safety during transit, Luxgevity Research utilizes plain, discreet outer packaging for all shipments. There is no external indication of the specific chemical reagents, peptide profiles, or platform branding on the exterior shipping matrix. All internal glass vials and containers are structurally shielded to protect compound integrity against normal handling variations.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Expectations

We partner with leading, reliable freight carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to manage domestic and international distribution:

  • Domestic Transit (US): Standard carrier delivery typically takes three to five (3–5) business days post-dispatch. Expedited logistics options may be selected during the checkout phase.
  • Dynamic Rate Calculation: Shipping fees are generated dynamically at checkout based on total package dimensions, volumetric weight, and destination tier.
4. Dynamic Tracking Architecture

Upon carrier pickup and scanning at our logistical depot, a dynamic tracking code is automatically transmitted to the customer’s registered email address. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for carrier sorting nodes to index and update tracking statuses within their public data feeds.

5. Title, Transfer of Loss & Destination Accuracy

The legal title and absolute risk of loss transfer entirely to the Buyer once the package is accepted and scanned into the carrier’s network infrastructure. Luxgevity Research is not liable for transit delays, localized carrier disruptions, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. It is the customer’s direct responsibility to ensure shipping addresses are accurate prior to completing checkout.

6. International Logistics & Customs Responsibility

International recipients are fully responsible for clearing all customs tariffs, import taxes, inspection fees, and legal documentation in their respective countries. Luxgevity Research assumes zero liability for shipments delayed, quarantined, assessed for extra duty, or seized by foreign customs agencies.
