Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
1. Absolute Finality of Sales (All Sales Are Final)
Due to the temperature-sensitive containment boundaries, sterile packaging configurations, and regulatory compliance standards mandatory for laboratory-grade biochemical items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been authorized, processed, and dispatched from our logistics depot, Luxgevity Research enforces a strict policy of NO returns, NO physical exchanges, and NO generic refunds under any circumstance.
2. Strict Physical Return Restrictions
Once a research compound parcel departs our climate-controlled fulfillment environment, its sterility baseline, temperature stability, and chemical purity cannot be legally re-verified. To preserve the integrity of our research supply chain and prevent cross-contamination, items cannot be re-stocked into inventory, and physical returns are never accepted.
3. Damaged or Compromised In-Transit Claims
In the event that a shipment arrives with structural container damage, shattered vials, or compromised physical seals, the Buyer must file a formal ticket with our support node within forty-eight (48) hours of carrier delivery confirmation.
Mandatory Claim Verification Details:
- Clear, high-resolution photographic evidence displaying the damaged compound container and compromised seal.
- A clear photograph of the exterior shipping box showing the unedited carrier tracking label.
- Verification of the product batch identifier associated with the order invoice.
Following technical review and validation of submitted media, Luxgevity Research may, at its sole discretion, issue an authorized reshipment of the damaged item.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Upon payment authorization, orders enter an automated fulfillment workflow immediately. No order cancellations, compound alterations, or address updates can be executed once the order has been processed. Please ensure that all research order profiles are verified before finalizing checkout.
5. Fraudulent Chargeback Deterrence Warning
Any attempt to circumvent this policy by filing unauthorized payment disputes or fraudulent chargebacks with card networks will be considered a direct breach of our Terms of Sale. Luxgevity Research reserves the right to submit complete transaction logs, delivery proofs, IP connection traces, and communication records to risk management networks and merchant fraud databases, resulting in permanent blacklisting from international compound purchasing channels.
