Luxgevity Research reserves the immediate right to refuse orders, terminate accounts, or blacklist any party suspected of intending in-vivo, clinical, or non-laboratory usage.
3. Analytical Purity & Batch Verification (CoA)
Luxgevity Research is committed to scientific accuracy and chemical purity. Each compound batch undergoes independent third-party analytical testing (including HPLC and Mass Spectrometry) to establish analytical purity and molecular identity.
Verified Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) corresponding to specific product batches and concentrations are accessible directly on individual product entries or via our centralized repository. Researchers are encouraged to verify batch identifiers against analytical documentation prior to initiation of laboratory protocols.
4. Handling, Storage & Safety Compliance
Laboratory reagents require appropriate handling in controlled environments. The researcher accepts full responsibility for understanding the chemical properties, safety data sheets (SDS), handling procedures, and legal disposal requirements of all items ordered. Luxgevity Research assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper storage, handling, or exposure.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Indemnification
The purchaser acknowledges responsibility for verifying that ordered compounds comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxgevity Research, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from the purchase, handling, possession, or downstream application of any research materials.
