1. Waiver & Total Disclaimer of Liability

  • Under no legal circumstance shall luxgevityresearch.com, Luxgevity Research, its directors, employees, or contracted affiliates be held liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from contract claims, handling negligence, strict liability, or non-compliant product usage.
  • By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxgevity Research from and against all legal claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the receipt, storage, handling, or downstream application of the products, whether utilized individually or compounded with alternative chemical reagents.
2. Strict Research & Laboratory Use Only (RUO)
